You have arranged everything and want to make sure the big day goes well. Leave it in my capable hands and I can be your representative on the day.  Initial free consultation to discuss and handover all details. I will arrive early at the venue and ensure that all runs to your plan from the start of the wedding to the end, making sure you and your guests are looked after and addressing/resolving any issues that may arise in a discreet and prompt manner.
Supplier and venue on the day scheduling and management, including supplier liaison, venue set up and styling management. Coordination of order of events including the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, couple and guest assistance and toast management. This is an immensely important day for you, and it is likely you've been planning your wedding day for some time. Our Wedding Day Coordination service is designed to enable you to relax and enjoy your wedding day. After months of planning and expenditure it is so important that you both can sit back, take it in and enjoy the time with your family and friends.

Wedding Stylist/Florist

The wedding stylist is all about the creative direction of your wedding, how it’s going to look and feel.  Your ideas for your special day built into a beautiful overall vision and then help you execute it. This could include anything from wedding flowers (in-house florist), decorations lighting and furniture to your invitations. This service is offered well in advance of the big day so there’s time to make the ideas a reality,  and also to attend on the day to make sure everything looks the way it was planned.

Event/Party Planning

We also plan parties and events, ensuring your event is special from conception to completion and reflects your vision, creating unforgettable experiences for your family and friends (see Events and Party Planner page for full information.)

If you would just like some advice and guidance, as things progress, we can offer a consultancy service and arrange a meeting to discuss how we can help.  This is what we do, and we have the experience that will make it perfect and true to your vision. This consultancy is a fantastic service for couples who seek friendly assistance and guidance as they plan their wedding.

Venue Search

You can commission us for a venue search, and we will be guided by you as to the type and area required for the venue before providing a comprehensive list. We have a selection of unique wedding venues to share – from intimate settings for weddings with a small number of guests to stunning reception halls, marquees and beachside locations that have the capacity to host the hundreds of guests you may choose to invite to your perfect wedding.

 

Supplier Search

If you would like help sourcing trusted suppliers, we are able to give recommendations. We would make the initial introductions and then leave you to work directly with the supplier or alternatively weave flawlessly into your event..
